Fred is a retired Detective with a distinguished career in both Essex and City of London Police. Over the years, he has been the case officer on numerous serious and complex investigations, leading to significant custodial sentences.

 

His expertise extends to the Learning and Development departments of both forces, where he has trained and supported hundreds detectives, from Trainee Detectives to Senior Investigating Officers. Fred's dedication to enforcement and mentoring has made a lasting impact on the profession.
